Fun time for a fun game show
I went to the Price is Right Live with a friend. I loved the fact that they drew names at random so everyone had an equal chance of getting onstage. I also liked the fact that they rotated the contestants so a larger number of individuals had an opportunity to play, instead of allowing the same individuals multiple chances. The games were also fun as were some of the contestants.
The things I did not like: 1. they didn't seem prepared in between the games so that items were set up in time. I realize this may have been due to lack of staff, but at times it seemed to slow down the flow and excitement that they had previously built up. 2. Too much of what we were watching was on the big screens. For instance, items that needed to be bid on were not even brought into the studio. I realize some of this was so folks in the audience could see the items, but it would have been nice to be able to see them on stage as well. 3. Some of the contestants were just duds. In those cases, it would have been nice if they had screened the contestants.
